Very capable receptionist, kind, and helpful GP, she took time to talk to me and organise further investigation. The practice makes accessing appointments simple and efficient.
The appointment came as a surprise as I was expecting to wait weeks, but it was good going in and seeing the GP was swift.

Everything always, especially the team on reception – they are true legends – every single one. Other surgeries should come and be trained here.

Your lengthy preamble when making a phone call is tedious
There is nothing that can be done. I wish more appointments could be scheduled and people have access to their GP. Unfortunately, it is a nationwide problem.
Faster appointments with GP for health issues that are important but not urgent that don’t need an emergency on the day appointment
